Terms & conditions
These terms govern purchases from pinkfectgoods.store, operated by Pinkfect LLC. By placing an order you accept them.
1. Who we are
Pinkfect LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 1309 Coffeen Ave STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, trading as Pinkfect Goods. Contact: support@pinkfectgoods.store.
2. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send the despatch confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price is listed in obvious error, we may decline the order and refund you in full — we will not substitute an item without asking you first.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and include no sales tax at present. Shipping is $6.95 flat, free over $75. Payment is taken in full when the order is placed, as a single non-recurring charge. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
4. Delivery
We ship to US addresses only. Estimated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays are outside our control, but we will chase them on your behalf. Risk passes to you on delivery.
5. Returns
Thirty days from delivery, unused and resalable, no restocking fee. Our returns policy forms part of these terms.
6. Product information
We describe materials, gauges and dimensions as accurately as we can, and photographs are of the item sold. Colour and finish may vary slightly between production runs of metal and stone. Capacity figures are nominal.
7. Use of the tools
Bakeware gets hot. Blades are sharp. Use the tools as intended, keep them away from children, and follow any care instructions supplied. We are not liable for injury or damage caused by misuse.
8. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
9. Intellectual property
The Pinkfect name, the mark used on our tools, the photography and the text on this site belong to Pinkfect LLC. Please do not reuse them without asking.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the courts of Wyoming have jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here when you order.
