What to include
- About an order: your order number and the email you ordered with.
- About a damaged item: a photograph of the item and of the outer box, if you still have it.
- About a payment: the last four digits of the card and the date — never the full number.
Before you dispute a charge
If you do not recognise a charge from us, please email support@pinkfectgoods.store first. Card statements show SQ *PINKFECT GOODS, which is our payment processor’s format and does not always match what you remember. We can identify the order and refund it faster than a dispute can, and a refund reaches you in days rather than weeks.
