Orders
Is everything on the site actually in stock?
Yes. Stock counts are live. If a product page lets you add it to the cart, it is on the shelf in Sheridan.
How quickly do you ship?
Before 1:00pm Mountain, the same working day; after that, the next working day. Delivery is 3–7 working days in the contiguous US.
Can I change an order after placing it?
Email within the hour and we will almost always catch it before the label prints.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at the moment. US addresses only, all 50 states.
Payment
What cards do you take?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, through our payment processor. Card details are entered in the processor’s own secure form — they never touch our servers.
What appears on my statement?
SQ *PINKFECT GOODS. That is the processor’s format for our store name.
Do you store my card?
No. We do not keep card numbers, and there is no subscription or recurring billing anywhere on this site. Every charge is a single purchase you made.
Do you charge sales tax?
Not at present.
The tools
Why is the catalogue so short?
Because every tool has to clear four tests before it is listed. A short list is the point, not a limitation.
What is the PINKFECT mark on my pan?
Our own maker’s mark, etched or branded into the material rather than stuck on. It will not wear off in the dishwasher.
Are the pans dishwasher safe?
Anodized aluminum and aluminized steel prefer a hand wash — the dishwasher will dull them over time. Stainless tools and silicone are fine either way. Wood never goes in.
Can I buy a replacement part?
Yes, where one exists: banneton liners, lame blades, tart rings and turntable pads are all sold on their own.
Returns
How long do I have?
30 days from delivery, with no restocking fee.
Who pays return postage?
We do if the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. You do if you changed your mind.
Something arrived broken.
Photograph it and the outer box, email us within 7 days, and we will replace or refund it.
