We ship within the United States only. Orders are picked and packed in Sheridan, Wyoming, and everything in the catalogue is in stock unless the product page says otherwise.

You will get a despatch email with tracking as soon as the label is bought. If tracking has not moved in three working days, email us and we will chase the carrier — you do not have to.
How we pack
Right-sized kraft boxes with paper fill. No plastic pillows, and no branded tape announcing what is inside. Cake stands, domes and marble go in a double-wall box with corner protection; if one arrives broken, send a photograph and we will replace it without asking you to return the pieces.
Address accuracy
We ship to the address given at checkout exactly as entered. If you spot a mistake, email us within one hour of ordering and we will almost always catch it before the label is printed. Once a parcel has been despatched to a wrong address we cannot recall it, and the replacement is a new order.
Undeliverable parcels
If a carrier returns a parcel to us as undeliverable, we refund the goods in full as soon as it arrives back. The original shipping charge is not refunded on a returned-to-sender parcel because the carrier has already been paid for the journey.
