Privacy policy
What Pinkfect LLC collects when you shop at pinkfectgoods.store, why, and what we never do with it.
What we collect
| When you order | Name, shipping and billing address, email address, order contents, and the payment processor’s transaction reference. |
|---|---|
| When you email us | Your email address and whatever you tell us. |
| When you browse | Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) and a cart cookie so your basket survives a page reload. |
| Never | Full card numbers. Those go directly to our payment processor and are never stored on this site. |
Why we hold it
To take payment, pack the right box, send it to the right address, answer your questions, handle returns, and keep the accounting records US law requires us to keep.
Who else sees it
- Our payment processor — to authorise and settle the charge.
- The carrier — name and address, to deliver the parcel.
- Our hosting provider — which stores the site and its database on our behalf.
Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Cookies
A session cookie keeps your cart. A preference cookie remembers that you dismissed the cookie notice. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Blocking cookies will break the cart but nothing else.
How long we keep it
Order records for seven years, as tax law requires. Email correspondence for two years. Server logs for 30 days.
Your rights
Email support@pinkfectgoods.store to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within 30 days. We will keep the minimum the tax authorities require even after a deletion request, and we will tell you exactly what that is.
Security
The site is served over TLS. Administrative access is limited to the people who run the shop. Card data never reaches us. See payment & security.
Children
This shop is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
